Creating Your Shop
After successfully registering your account and signing in for the first time, you’ll be presented with a form asking for details about your shop.
Required Fields
The following fields are required:
- Shop Name
- Street Address
- City
- State
- Country
- Postal Code
- Phone Number
This information can be updated later from the shop settings page.
Shop Name
This is the name of your business and should be able to be used by your customers to contact or find your physical location.
Phone Number
Must be a valid phone number customers can use to contact your shop directly for more information or to change an appointment booking.
The default email through which customers can contact your shop about their appointment bookings. This may be different than the email you used to register your Velodrop account. This will be used as the email address in the “From” field for email notifications and reminders sent from Velodrop to your customers.
Website
This must be a valid url and should direct users to your business’s website or online store.
Timezone
Set the local timezone at your shop’s location. This setting is critical to ensure that your appointment reminders are sent at an appropriate time, and that the application schedules appointments for the correct dates.
Currency
Choose from the available list of local currencies. If you don't see the currency you need, just select anything here and then reach out to us at support@velodrop.com and let us know which currency you need us to add.
